Welcome To Hive Fitness
I teach outdoor fitness classes, and offer mobile personal training and sports massage across the South Bristol area. These outdoor classes are for anyone looking to get fit and healthy as well as those who have an established exercise routine who might be looking to try something new!
I’m passionate about creating an enjoyable training environment with results driven programming. So that all you have to do is turn up, have fun and enjoy being a part of the HIVE.



Services
Group Outdoor Fitness Classes
We are more likely to stay fit if we train with other people, so group exercise is a must for anyone looking to make fitness a long-term lifestyle habit.
I offer outdoor fitness classes of up to 30 participants at Redcatch Park. Classes are for anyone over the age of 16, and are suitable for all abilities as variations of each exercise can be coached to ensure you’re doing a workout that meets your needs.
These classes vary in structure, some might be task, time or interval based. Programming combines strength and conditioning methods with a focus on key fundamentals and accessory work. This provides an opportunity for members to develop better movement patterns and improve functional range of motion, ensuring that they have the tools to progress in their training.
1-2-1 & Small Group Training
Whether you’re looking to get fit, lose weight or build strength. Personal training is a great way to develop a personalised program whilst having the added support and accountability to help you reach your goals.
Whatever your preference, I offer Personal Training in the comfort of your own home, in the great outdoors or in a gym-based setting. I have a variety of equipment to support your goals and can offer expertise across a range of training methodology.
If you would prefer to train alongside friends, family or colleagues I also offer Personal Training in groups of up to four people.
Sports Massage
Sports massage is a great way to decrease muscle stiffness and soreness after exercise or physical activity. It helps to reduce muscle tension, pain and discomfort as well as increasing range of motion and enhancing performance.
If you want to get more out of your training but your mobility is impacting your progression, if you’ve been suffering from a niggling injury or if you simply want to get your body back to the way it was designed to feel, sports massage could be the solution for you. I offer both one off and regular sessions at a number of locations and can offer home visits.
Body Transformations
When it comes to health and fitness, goals can tend to have an end point meaning we tend to revert back to previous behaviours.
Our body transformations focus on building long term habits rather than trying to reach an unattainable goal. Although many body transformations are weight loss focussed, I also provide specific programmes to support in building strength, gaining weight or increasing athletic performance.
Body Transformations start with an initial 12-week period that include weekly check in calls, personal programming and nutritional advice. Most members opt for a weekly personal training session whilst completing their 12-week programme to ensure they stay on track and accountable for their own transformation.

The timetable for outdoor classes can be found via the booking page and booked through the safe and secure Gymcatch system.
Due to daylight hours, evening classes will be available outdoors between March – October. Timings for classes may change depending on demand and availability of indoor premises for evening classes during the winter months. If you’d like to see a specific time slot included please get in touch!
Outdoor locations offer free parking either on site or close by. Our group outdoor fitness classes are carried out at the following location:
