Terms Of Business


1. The agreement commences once you have indicated your acceptance by agreeing to the waiver presented to you through the booking system via Gymcatch using a secure payment system called Stripe

1. All class sessions, bundles and memberships can be bought via the ‘book’ section of the website through Gymcatch. We encourage members to download the Gymcatch app to help make managing class bookings easy
2. All class sessions, bundles and memberships enable you to train at any Hive Fitness Bristol session across all locations
3. A monthly membership gives members access to an unlimited number of classes within each calendar month. It requires no joining fee or cancellation fee and can be cancelled at any time without notice. You will need to renew a monthly membership on an annual basis as the payment of this package is set for 12 months only. The benefit is that payment is taken automatically each month and members do not need to remember to do this themselves
4. Payments by members are made by the secure and well-known payment system called Stripe. Payments go directly to Hive Fitness Bristol and not via a Gymcatch account
5. Gymcatch does not charge customers transaction fees for payments and customers should go directly to Hive Fitness Bristol for any payment issues
6. You agree to inform us immediately of any changes to the membership details you have provided to us, including those relevant to your health questionnaire and waiver

1. The price of membership options may periodically be changed. We will provide you with at least 1 month notice of any impending changes to pricing of services and will be very clear about when you will expect the price change to happen to your subscription
2. You will have the right to cancel your membership during this period in accordance with the cancellation terms and conditions. If you choose not to cancel your membership, your membership will automatically be increased in line with the notice provided to you ?

1. All services offered by Hive Fitness Bristol require a 24 hour cancellation period in order to be eligible for a credit refund of the session
2. Classes only use automated refunds for bookings made using a package or by card. If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the start of the session you will be refunded by a credit to the package used to make the booking or by the gifting of a package that will enable you to book into an alternative session
3. Personal training and sports massage cancellations with over 24 hours’ notice will need to be rescheduled and credit must be used within one week
4. Customers should go directly to Hive Fitness Bristol for any payment issues
5. The monthly annual membership can be cancelled at any time without notice or charge. Your membership will continue up until the selected date of cancellation, or the day before your next payment would have been due?
6. Cancellations are made via your Gymcatch account either through the Hive Fitness Bristol booking page or the Gymcatch website or app
7. We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions or classes at any time and without reason

1. The class timetable is subject to change based on demand
2. Summer and Winter timetabling will be different due to daylight hours, and availability of additional premises during the winter months.
3. At times when the instructors of Hive Fitness take annual leave or leave due to unforeseen circumstances, all efforts will be made to arrange cover for the full timetable. However, there may be occasional amendments or cancellations to accommodate such leave
4. When there is an occasion where a class needs to be cancelled, Hive Fitness Bristol will inform you via the Gymcatch app and you will also receive an email notification to the account provided in your Gymcatch profile. This is why it is important to download the Gymcatch app and keep your information up to date
5. If you are on an unlimited monthly membership you will not be eligible to any refund if the cancellation of a session occurs
6. If we decide to no longer run classes at a venue, we will inform you at least 1 full month prior to the session being taken off the timetable
7. We might make changes to the class timetables periodically during the year. We will give you as much notice as possible in this instance
8. Photos may be taken during sessions and social events for website and social media. Please clearly advise instructors before a session if you feel uncomfortable with this or do not want to be photographed at any point. It will be assumed that you ‘opt in’ with this process unless you specifically ‘opt out’ by emailing info@hivefitnessbristol.co.uk with your details

1. Members must be at least 16 years of age or older
2. It is your responsibility to inform Hive Fitness Bristol of any changes to your physical circumstances which should prevent you from taking part in our fitness classes, personal training or sports massage
3. We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform our service to you that is caused by an event outside of our reasonable control
4. As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to any services that are not carried out by us with reasonable skills and customer care. Advice about your rights can be found from your local Citizen’s Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office
5. This agreement is governed by English Law
6. We may cancel this agreement at any time if you are in breach.
